Born to immigrant parents, Jesse Guardiola beat the odds of gangs, poverty and abuse by the grace of a mentoring elementary teacher, public school coaches and a watchful Pastor. Through perseverance, Jesse was the first in his entire extended family to graduate middle school, high school, college and to earn his master’s degree.
